Allies for Change is a collaborative pain management practice. Our mission is to support individuals in making positive and lasting behavior changes.

We understand that change is a process, not an event. That is why our work is based on “The Change Model” which is the foundation that enables a person to make conscious, meaningful change that allows for a successful and satisfying life.

Inherent in this model is the knowledge that change cannot happen without self-awarness: the conscious understanding of one’s own feelings, desires and motivations. At Allies for Change, we foster that self-awareness through a unique relationship called “Ally Support.”

We invite you to explore the possibilities of Allies for Change.
